1. Our Services

HERAKLION LUGGAGE offers temporary luggage storage at our designated facility within the Heraklion Airport area. Specific details including service hours, pricing, and storage capacity are available on our website or at our physical location.

2. Eligibility and User Conduct

  • Age Requirement: There is no age restriction in order to use our services.

  • Accurate Information: You must provide accurate contact information and a valid ID/Passport upon request.

  • Prohibited Items: You are strictly prohibited from storing:

    • Illegal items or substances under Greek Law.

    • Hazardous, flammable, or explosive materials.

    • Perishables (food, plants, etc.) or items with strong odors.

    • Animals 

  • Compliance: You must adhere to all airport security regulations and our company policies.

3. Fees and Payments

  • Service Fees: Applicable fees are listed on our website and at our airport location. We reserve the right to modify fees at our discretion.

4. Storage Duration

  • Maximum Period: Luggage can be stored for a maximum of 30 days unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Abandoned Items: Unclaimed luggage after 30 days from the scheduled pick-up date will be considered abandoned. HERAKLION LUGGAGE reserves the right to dispose of or donate abandoned items.

5. Cancellation Policy for Online Bookings

  • Modifications: If you need to change your dates, please contact us at our support email.

6. Secure Payment & Data Privacy

  • Payment Processing: Payments are only being accepted in our physical store office either with card or cash.  HERAKLION LUGGAGE does not store your card details.

  • Privacy: We collect only the necessary data (name, email, phone) to provide our service. Your data is never sold to third parties and is handled according to GDPR regulations.

  • Currency: All transactions are processed in Euros (€).

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the Laws of Greece. Any disputes arising from our services will be resolved exclusively in the Courts of Heraklion, Crete.
